As a clinic specializing in high-quality, person-centered assessments for Autism and ADHD, they recognized the need for a fresh, empathetic brand identity and a website that would differentiate them in a competitive landscape. Their core mission is to provide accessible support, reduce waiting times, and ensure individuals and families receive timely, high-quality mental health care, reflecting their commitment to trust, discovery, accessibility, and belonging.

The Approach: Holistic UI/UX Design, Strategic Branding, and Targeted Digital Marketing

My role in The Aspen Clinic project was comprehensive, encompassing UI/UX design for their website, a complete branding overhaul, the creation of social media templates, and the execution of marketing ad campaigns (Google and Meta) to generate leads and elevate brand awareness. This insight guided the redesign from a Wix platform to a robust WordPress site. User-Centered Website Redesign (Wix to WordPress): The website was completely redesigned and migrated from Wix to WordPress, focusing on creating an exceptionally user-friendly interface. The UI/UX prioritised clear navigation, making it effortless for visitors to find information on initial consultations, Autism assessments, ADHD assessments, and combined assessments.

Information Hierarchy: Content was meticulously organised to provide clear, concise, and accurate information, including resources, FAQs, and details on their CQC registered practice and NICE guidance adherence.

Targeted Digital Marketing Campaigns (Google & Meta Ads): Comprehensive marketing ad campaigns were developed and managed for both Google and Meta platforms. The focus was on creating compelling ad creatives and strategic targeting to generate qualified leads for assessments and services, while simultaneously increasing brand awareness for The Aspen Clinic as a trusted provider of mental health support. Landing pages were designed to optimise conversion rates from these campaigns.

The design incorporated transparent pricing information and integrated flexible payment options (Klarna and PayPal via Stripe), with a UI that ensures a stress-free and secure transaction process.
