Hoyle Law, a legal practice established in 2021, entered the legal landscape with a specialisation in personal injury, particularly credit hire cases. Building upon a prior positive collaboration with the firm’s Directors, the opportunity arose to shape their initial online presence. Recognising that clients often approach legal services during vulnerable times, a core objective was to create a digital experience characterised by clarity, straightforward language, and an approachable demeanour. These considerations were central to the design process, aiming for optimal user experience and effective engagement.

The project for Hoyle Law involved creating a fresh and professional website that also conveyed a sense of friendliness and approachability. Key Features and Implementation.

Developing a User-Centric Website on WordPress: The Hoyle Law website was developed on the WordPress platform, incorporating standard digital brochure content alongside various contact and claim forms. The design strategically employed bright and welcoming tones in both its visual style and written content. A key focus was placed on creating an intuitive navigation structure, ensuring ease of use for visitors while adhering strictly to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. The initial project scope involved a limited number of pages; however, through the design process, it became evident that breaking down content into a more extensive page structure would enhance on-page clarity, simplicity, and overall user interface (UI).

Recognising the ongoing need for engaging social media content, a series of adaptable social media templates were created. Designed in Adobe XD and transitioned into Figma, these templates provided Hoyle Law’s in-house Marketing Specialist with the flexibility to easily customise content for their ongoing social media activities.
