Established in 2021, Hoyle Law are a relatively new law firm on the scene.
With already having an existing connection with the Directors of this company on a previous project worked on for them (and you know how much we love returning customers)!
Hoyle law specialises in personal injury’s be credit hire cases. They are a nationwide law firm who take a professional and friendly approach to resolving all cases. They understand that when their clients first acquire their services they may be in a vulnerable and upset state meaning that it is even more important to be very clear, use very simple language and ensure you put the client at ease. These were all considerations that 4Heron was sympathetic to during the design process, ensuring the best possible user experience and conversions for the business.

Hoyle Law wanted a fresh , corporate style website whilst still ensure it looked friendly and approachable.

What We Did
The new website project started using the companies existing logo, branding and brand guidelines, which ensured were both reflected and complimented across the entire site and all supporting work.
The site was developed in WordPress and comprises of standard digital brochure content and several different forms for contacts and claims. It utilised bright and friendly tones in both the style and content and is incredibly easy to navigate, whilst still ensuring full legal and regulatory compliance.

Key Takeaways
In addition to the website we also designed and hard coded a stylish new auto signature for all staff email accounts and applied to all accounts ahead of the website launch. We worked with the clients third party email client management company to ensure a successful roll out.
A series of social media templates were created for ongoing use by the client. These are created in Adobe XD and transferred into Figma allowing the clients in-house Marketing Specialist to edit them.

We also created a branded and styled newsletter template for monthly use.
We continue to work as a trusted partner of Hoyle Law.
The initial site was contracted to be very few pages however during the design process it was clear that in order to maintain the on-page clarity, simplicity and style, that it was prudent to break the content down into more pages to facilitate a good UI (user interface).
