Apple Music has now added a new feature that enables fans to sing along to millions of songs easily, enhancing its already impressive lyrics experience.

The newest iOS 16.2 update has added Apple Music Sing, an exciting new way to enjoy millions of songs with real-time lyrics, adjustable vocals, duet view, and more for subscribers. This feature is perfect for singing along with friends at a karaoke session!

This update includes

Real-time Lyrics: Real-time lyrics that move in sync with the vocals, creating a dynamic and visually appealing experience.

Adjustable Vocals: Sing slider, allowing users to adjust the lead vocals of millions of songs to their liking.

Duet View: Duet View on Apple Music Sing enables users to create duets with two singers on the same track, with their vocal levels adjustable separately, making it simple to sing along to multi-singer tracks.

Background Vocals: The ability to animate vocals sung simultaneously independently from the main vocals, making it easier to follow.


Many devices can update to iOS 16.2, but here’s the list of the devices that can use this feature:

• iPhone 11 or later iPhone SE (third generation)
• iPad Pro (5th generation and later),  iPad Air (4th generation and later), iPad mini (6th generation), or iPad (9th generation and later)
• Apple TV 4K (2022)
• You can use the feature on a HomePod mini through AirPlay from your iPhone or iPad.

-Open the Music App and play your favorite song.
-Tap the real-time lyrics icon (bottom left corner).
-Tap the little magic wand on the right. Slide up or down to adjust the lead vocals of your favorite songs.
-To turn off Apple Music Sing just tap the slider.

Apple Music Sing now has tens of millions of songs available to use the feature with, though some songs from renowned artists like Lady Gaga and Selena Gomez are not yet available. This feature is perfect for those who love the melodies of songs but don’t want to be distracted by the lyrics while studying or working. With the addition of Apple Music’s real-time lyrics, this feature is even more enhanced.
